Rules:
1. No abusing or threatening other members. No personal attacks. While we may not agree on some issues, there is no reason to attack the person.
2. This site is aimed at those 40 or older. If you are close to this age group, no problem.
3. Do not use this site for illicit or illegal activity. No porn, vulgar, racist, hate or violent content will be tolerated.
4. Take personal issues between parties to PM (private messages).
5. Be respectful to the intent of this site and its members. There may be controversial issues or something you don't agree with, but behavior that undermines the intent and integrity of this site and its members will not be tolerated.
6. No advertising spam
7. For your safety, no public posting of personal information.
8. Beware of anyone asking for your password. Staff members or anyone associated with Proboards will not ask for your password. If you receive a message or email asking for your password, please bring it to my attention.
9. Stick to the topic of each thread. Excessive hi-jacking is not necessary.
10. Suggestions, articles or advice on this forum are just that. They do not necessarily express the opinion of the administrator, nor members. Information, products, authors in articles are not endorsed by myself, nor the site, but are for informative or educational purposes.
Discretion should be used by each individual, as no suggestion, article or advice is set in stone, nor is anything forced upon you. There are several reprint and personal articles on this site. They are for informative purposes and to be used with discretion. Some articles contain active links to other websites, per rules stated by the source website. Following these links to other websites shall be at your own risk.
11. Give thought before deleting your account. All accounts have to be approved (mostly due to spam), after registration. If you delete your account without good reason, there might not be a good reason to allow you back in. Personally, I can't think of a good reason unless you no longer wish to be a member and don't plan to ever come back. I suggest maintaining your account and taking a break if you need to. This allows you the opportunity to return. Otherwise, you may be taking a risk in not getting back in.
12. Do not post copyright material. Post only your own material or material you have permission to use.
Members abusing this forum will be given a warning and possibly banned.
