That's just it....most jobs where you have to pay 'to work' are not something you want to get into. While they aren't illegal, they are misleading. For example, I checked into a program where you buy a start-up kit, have your own website, etc. and of course, makes loads of money. I talked to a representative and they were honest and said the money you make comes from getting people to join and buy the start-up kit. The product or service these programs offer are rarely bought from consumers. It's the start-up kit that makes everyone money and that eventually fizzles out because people realize there isn't a lucrative product or service.
There are legitimate jobs you can do from home. I've been working them for several years. But, you have to be careful about what you get into and most any that wants money are not something you want to pursue.
